Portrai today announced the publication of a new spatial biology patent covering the TME-PK™ framework, a core component of the Prediction Engine that converts tissue-level distribution data into design-time pharmacokinetic inputs.
Why it matters
The patent claims cover the workflow by which spatial transcriptomics data is converted into per-cell-type drug exposure estimates — the quantitative bridge that lets in-silico predictions be tied to wet-lab and in-vivo validation across multiple modalities.
What’s next
The framework is already in production use across the Celltrion partnership and the POR001 / POR003 ADC programs. The published claims allow Portrai to extend the framework to additional partner programs without exposing core IP.
