Portrai unveiled PortrAIgent at AACR 2026 — an autonomous agent layered over the Prediction Engine that runs end-to-end spatial transcriptomics analysis on demand.
What it does
PortrAIgent ingests raw outputs from common spatial platforms, plans an analysis flow, executes it through the Prediction Engine, and returns a publishable figure-set with audit trail. Human-in-the-loop checkpoints can be inserted at any decision boundary.
Availability
A closed beta is open to existing platform partners. Broader availability is targeted for Q3 2026 alongside the Validation Engine v2 release.
